QUESTION ?: When can I expect my item to ship?

ANSWER:

Purchase and tracking information will be posted on your invoice purchased when shipped.
Go to www.bikerhaven.net and click on the customer service link on top of page. You will
need your order confirmation number or Invoice Number (you received when purchased)  and all information
will be listed, as item is processed for shipment. Items typically ship within 1-3
business days and are delivered within 6-10 business days, depending on destination.


  If there is a problem with tracking,  email: shipping@bikerhaven.net  INCLUDE order number
purchased, and your concern. **DO NOT** call our order line, Sales staff does not have access
to this information, and will tell you to email shipping@bikerhaven.net.


 Tracking sometimes takes 24-48 hours to show online from www.usps.com and
www.fedex.com Services. If your item shipped USPS, That number
is a delivery only confirmation number and does not show door to door tracking
online, That is not available from USPS.

QUESTION ?:  How can I check on the status of my order? ...or get a receipt for my order?

ANSWER:

To check the status of a recently placed order, simply follow the "Service" link and enter in your unique Confirmation Number. An up-to-date copy of your invoice will appear with any shipping/tracking numbers available at that time. Now you can print off your invoice to keep for your records or for warranty claims with the manufacturer.

QUESTION ?:  How do I know which model motorcycle I have?

ANSWER:

You should be able to check your title or registration for your bike's model identification. If not then you can have your local Dealership check your bike's VIN (typically found on the frame).

QUESTION ?:  I can't find a particular item on your website. Do you special order items from your list of vendors?

ANSWER:

Yes. If you can't find the part you're looking for on our website, please send us an email to sales@bikerhaven.net with the manufacturer's part number and we will check the availability as well as quote our best price.
